Visual acuity is cut down by bright lights.  Someday SunSpot will provide a solution. SunSpot could be available as: 

• Electronic dark glasses to use anywhere: when driving, playing golf or baseball, or just watching the game out in the sun.
• A clear visor to install in any vehicle.
• Windshield that was processed to provide the same functionality as the above two items.
• Rear-view mirrors
